Provisional list of candidates in order of merit, out of those admitted to first year of 4 year BE/B.Tech degree programmes in Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR Technical University for year AY2009-2010, eligible for Scholarship under Mahatma Gandhi Scheme-1 was published under Notice ref.no.VTU/R/SS/06/125 dt.18.8.09.
After considering various claims received upto 31.8.09 and after verification by MIS Department, the following have been identified as the top three candidates by merit (% average of +2 total marks in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry put together in their respective state boards) in each State of India and the top candidates in case of Union Territories. The date of award of Scholarships will be announced shortly.
